Company uniforms & work shirts
Matching crew shirts in your brand colors for staff, techs and front desk teams.
If you want a print that feels great and lasts forever, direct screen print is the way to go. Real ink, pulled through a screen and cured into the shirt, the way we've printed every Cape Coral Bike Night tee. A craft most shops have traded for transfers. We haven't.

Riders across Southwest Florida know our Cape Coral Bike Night shirts. Every one is direct screen printed in our shop, with distressed type, fine chrome detail and metallic-tone accents laid down one screen at a time. It's the kind of shirt people keep wearing for years, and that's the point.
Prices are per print, per location, and do not include the cost of the garment. Garments are priced separately based on the style you choose. White ink on dark garments counts as an extra color. 5 and 6 color prints start at 48 pieces.

Screen printing is the original way to decorate shirts, and still the best. It takes real skill, which is why so many shops have switched to faster transfer methods. But nothing else matches how a direct screen print feels or how long it lasts, and it's the best value once you're printing a dozen or more. We burn your design onto a fine mesh screen, one screen for every ink color. On the press, ink is pulled across the screen with a squeegee and lands on the shirt only where the design is open. Each color gets its own screen and its own pass.
We print with plastisol ink, which sits on top of the fabric instead of soaking in. That's what gives screen prints their bright, opaque color, even on dark shirts, and lets us hold intricate detail and fine lines. After printing, every shirt runs through a dryer that cures the ink so it lasts for the life of the garment.
A transfer is a layer of film glued onto the shirt. A direct screen print is ink laid straight into the fabric and heat-cured, so it moves and breathes with the shirt instead of sitting on top of it. That's why a good screen print still looks right after years of washing, long after a transfer has started to crack or peel at the edges.
Screen print pricing comes down to three things: how many pieces, what garment, and how many ink colors. Every color needs its own screen and setup, so a 1-color logo costs less than a 6-color design, and the price per shirt drops as quantity goes up.
Eco-friendly option: printing on organic cotton, bamboo or hemp? We also offer water-based and more natural ink alternatives on request.
Have fewer than 12 pieces, or a full-color photo-style design? DTF transfers are usually the better choice, and we'll tell you so.
