How it works
Your logo, sewn in thread
Embroidery turns your logo into thousands of stitches sewn directly into the garment. First your artwork is digitized: converted into a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes, in what direction, and in which thread color. Good digitizing is what separates crisp, clean embroidery from a fuzzy logo with gaps.
The garment is then tightly hooped and run on our commercial embroidery machines, which switch thread colors automatically. Because the design is stitched in rather than printed on, embroidery won't crack, peel or fade. It has a raised, premium texture that looks sharp on staff uniforms and holds up to daily wear.
What affects the price
Embroidery is priced by the garment, the stitch count (how big and detailed the logo is), and how many pieces. A left-chest logo on a polo costs less than a full jacket back. Small jobs can often be stitched overnight, and same-day service is an option when you're in a pinch. Most orders get started within 3 business days, and larger orders take as long as the quantity needs.
Woven & leather patches
Need more detail than embroidery can hold, or want to decorate one garment at a time? Woven patches have 100% thread coverage, crisp small lettering, and can be as small as one inch. They're heat-applied, last the life of the garment, and have a 50-piece minimum, so you can keep patches on hand and apply them as new hires come on. We also make leather patches for hats.

Three tips for crisp embroidery
Simplify small text
Thread has a minimum size. Very small lettering can fill in. We'll suggest adjustments, or a woven patch for fine detail.
Pick the right garment
Smooth, sturdy fabrics like piqué polos and twill caps stitch cleaner than thin or stretchy knits.
Plan your lead time
Small jobs can be quick, but big orders take longer to stitch. Order early for events and new-hire uniforms.

What is the minimum order for embroidery?
We handle both small personal orders and larger business orders. Most embroidery orders are a dozen or more; minimums depend on the garment, design and setup.
How long does embroidery take?
Most orders get started within 3 business days of artwork approval and garment arrival, and finish time depends on the size of the order. Small jobs can often be done overnight, and same-day service is available.
Can you embroider garments I bring in?
In some cases, yes. We need to inspect the garment first to confirm it can be safely hooped and embroidered.
How is embroidery priced?
By the garment, the stitch count of your logo, and the number of pieces.
What are woven patches?
Patches woven from thread with 100% coverage. They hold more detail than embroidery, can be as small as one inch, are heat applied, and have a 50-piece minimum.
Do you embroider hats?
Yes. We embroider caps, trucker hats, visors and more, and also make leather patches for hats.
