Small business orders
A few shirts for a new business or a small team, without screen setup costs.
Need a handful of shirts, a full-color design, or names and numbers? Digital DTF transfers and heat transfer vinyl give you a great-looking result without the setup of screen printing.
Low-volume pricing. Decoration-only prices are per transfer and don't include the garment. The $10 starting price includes a standard t-shirt with a left chest print. Larger quantities, premium garments and multiple locations are quoted on request.
With DTF (direct-to-film), your design is printed in full color onto a special film, coated with an adhesive powder and cured. We then heat-press the film onto the garment and peel it away, leaving your design bonded to the fabric. There are no screens and no weeding, so small orders and complex art are fast and affordable.
DTF works on cotton, polyester and blends, on light and dark colors. The result is a soft, durable print with vivid color, fine detail and gradients that would take many screens to reproduce.
HTV is a clean-cut, solid-color material. We precision-cut your design on a vinyl cutter, weed away the excess, and apply it with heat and pressure. It's ideal for names, numbers and simple graphics, like player names on team jerseys or a name on a work shirt, and it works on cotton, polyester and performance fabrics.
Choose DTF for full-color logos and artwork. Choose vinyl for bold one- or two-color lettering and personalization. For larger runs of simple designs, screen printing usually becomes the better value, and we'll tell you when it does.
