UV sun shirts
Long-sleeve UPF-style performance shirts for fishing guides, marinas, landscapers and outdoor crews.
Unlimited full color dyed right into polyester fabric. Perfect for UV-protective sun shirts, fishing shirts, moisture-wicking tees, jerseys and hoodies, with no feel and no fade.
The $12 starting price includes a typical polyester fishing or SPF sun shirt, printed on both sides. Decoration-only pricing is for customer-supplied white or light polyester garments. Final price depends on the garment style, print area and quantity. Minimum 6 pieces.
Dye sublimation works differently from any other method. Your design is printed onto special transfer paper with sublimation inks. Under high heat and pressure, those inks turn into a gas and bond into the polyester fibers themselves. When the fabric cools, the color is locked inside.
Because the ink becomes part of the shirt instead of sitting on top, there's nothing to crack, peel or wash away, and you can't feel the print at all. The fabric stays just as soft, light and breathable as it was, which is exactly what you want in Southwest Florida heat.
Sublimation dye is transparent, so it only shows on white or light-colored polyester or high-poly blends. It won't work on cotton or dark fabrics. For those, we'll recommend screen printing or DTF.
Complete sun shirts start at $12, printed front and back. There are no per-color fees, so a photo-quality design with dozens of colors costs the same as one color. Pricing is based on the garment style, the print area (a chest logo versus full-body coverage) and the quantity.
Long-sleeve UPF-style performance shirts for fishing guides, marinas, landscapers and outdoor crews.
Bold all-over designs for tournaments, charters, bait shops and fishing clubs.
Full-color jerseys for leagues and clubs, with no extra cost for complex designs.
Shirts with sponsor logos, maps and full-color art, all in one print.
Lightweight polyester tees that stay cool and dry, for gyms, races and staff.
Vibrant Florida designs for shops, resorts and boutiques.
White and pale polyester give the brightest color. Darker or cotton garments won't take sublimation.
There's no charge per color, so gradients, photos and full-color art are fair game.
300 dpi at full print size keeps all-over designs sharp. We can help build or resize your art.
